Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee various aspects of tenant relations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residences upon tenant move-out.
  • Monitor and manage the collection of rental payments.
  • Facilitate the coordination of tenant arrivals and departures.
  • Oversee lease assignments and internal transfers.
  • Create and maintain physical files while entering data into our management system.
  • Distribute keys and access devices to new tenants.
  • Generate reports on rental activities and handle renewal requests as needed.
  • Organize tenant meetings and manage elevator reservations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and residents.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
  • Assist the general manager with various tasks.
  • Update administrative documents and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a coordinator role within the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the residential services industry.
