Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee various aspects of tenant relations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residences upon tenant move-out.
- Monitor and manage the collection of rental payments.
- Facilitate the coordination of tenant arrivals and departures.
- Oversee lease assignments and internal transfers.
- Create and maintain physical files while entering data into our management system.
- Distribute keys and access devices to new tenants.
- Generate reports on rental activities and handle renewal requests as needed.
- Organize tenant meetings and manage elevator reservations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and residents.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Assist the general manager with various tasks.
- Update administrative documents and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coordinator role within the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the residential services industry.
