Key Responsibilities of an LPN at Vancouver Coastal Health:
- Work collaboratively with a range of healthcare professionals in providing direct care for the assigned patient group.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nurses program and recent experience in a relevant care setting.
- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.

- Proven skills in nursing practice related to caring for specific patient populations.
- Understanding of common medical conditions and the ability to conduct nursing assessments and interventions.
- Capability to make informed clinical decisions, handle conflict situations, and apply crisis intervention techniques.
- Expertise in patient-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and effective communication.
