Key Responsibilities- Serve Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to our customers.
- Provide Recommendations: Offer expert advice on drink selections to enhance our customers' experience.
- Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
- Enforce Liquor Legislation: Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor regulations.
- Prepare Mixed Drinks: Create a wide range of cocktails and other beverages to meet our customers' tastes.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide a positive experience.
- Bartender Certification: Possess a valid Bartender certification.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certificate: Hold a current Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate: Possess a valid Food Safety Certificate.
- Food and Beverage Server Training: Have completed Food and Beverage Server Training.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Be able to stand for extended periods, as required by the role.
