Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a support analyst, with a strong background in relational databases
  • Good knowledge of equity and derivatives products, as well as core business processes like Profit and Loss, Value at Risk, and Risk Analysis
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a multitasking environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • ITIL knowledge/certification and FRM certification are a plus
