Logistics Coordinator

VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the flow of traffic and supplies within the organization.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.
LanguageThe primary language of communication is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 30 to 44 hours per week.
