Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our consulting team, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform for our diverse clientele.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Identify potential risks in the design and implementation phases of Salesforce solutions and proactively mitigate them.
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Uphold best practices and ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the development process.
- Utilize tools such as SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Salesforce Lightning Design System to develop systems.
- Create custom code using Apex, Omniscript, and Lightning Web Components.
- Mentor and guide fellow developers, including those in DevOps roles.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Act as a liaison with the Salesforce Product Team to address any issues or inquiries regarding the Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Consultant, particularly in analyzing complex challenges and proposing viable solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching technical team members.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, and JavaScript, along with experience in LWC and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Jira, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Flows/Workflows.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing and Communities data models, as well as Rules Engine Configuration.
- Experience in designing and configuring healthcare applications, particularly related to Cancer Screening Programs.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration and web services with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder.
