Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at COGNITIA Healthcare Technologies Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and preparing construction project budget estimates.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure project stays on track.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring high-quality construction projects.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Plan and manage budgets, develop and implement quality control programs, and develop risk management plans.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
