Chu Cho Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Prince George, BC.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all activities align with our mission and vision.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Leading and managing a team of department heads to achieve company goals
- Overseeing fiscal activities, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Enhancing the company's brand and reputation
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration, and 3-5+ years of high-level leadership and project management experience.
Additionally, you will possess:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions
- Proven ability to develop and adhere to budgets and strategic plans
- Experience working with and for Indigenous groups
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a highly competitive annual salary of $160,000-$180,000+, negotiable dependent on experience, along with a great host of benefits, including:

- 10 sick days (prorated based on hiring date)
