About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Counsellor at Echelon 56. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our Members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Sell new memberships, renew and upgrade existing memberships, and update Member accounts.
  • Member Support: Respond to Member inquiries regarding membership, travel, insurance, and Member benefits, providing them with information on all services offered by Echelon 56.
  • Lead Management: Receive and distribute sales leads and inquiries as required, updating the Member database accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a detailed understanding of all lines of business within Echelon 56, ensuring awareness of incentives and promotions being offered.
  • Professionalism: Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray Echelon 56 in a positive manner.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure the Members' privacy and consumer interests are protected.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer Service: Ability to work with the public in a confident and professional manner.
  • Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is an asset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in insurance or travel is considered an asset.
