Role Overview

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Oversee Contract Management: Provide comprehensive contract administration and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce the project safety plan, exemplifying best practices in health and safety.
  • Ensure Project Compliance: Guarantee that all aspects of the project adhere to design specifications, budget constraints, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Monitor Performance: Manage project outcomes and deliver regular status updates regarding safety, budget forecasts, and scheduling.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Handle negotiations for subcontracts, major purchases, and progress payments while tracking their execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and seize opportunities throughout the construction process.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A postsecondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of the construction sector, including materials, specifications, methodologies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities, with a proven track record in managing budgets and schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, with a readiness to embrace new technologies.
