- Conduct performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payment to our employees.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales team operates within budget.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales coverage.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
