Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Vitality Health Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a corporate or business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on team management and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales performance gaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
