  • Address and resolve customer account inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients with the establishment of new accounts and savings plans.
  • Conduct reviews and analyses of account activities.Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with MS Windows operating system.
  • Proficient in using the Internet for research and transactions.Safety and Security Measures
  • Undergo a credit check.
  • Complete a criminal record check.Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
