We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our financial reporting and accounting functions. As the Financial Reporting and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly general ledger reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage resources to meet deadlines for month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Design and implement financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
  • Build and lead a high-performing accounting team to drive financial excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations
  • Accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CA) and/or relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business insights and recommendations
