About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator at Teknion Roy et Breton Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure the internal record-keeping system is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting all inventory movements and transactions.

Coordinate Inventory Management

Route goods to the appropriate storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space and minimizing stockouts.

Prepare Shipments

Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, guaranteeing timely and secure delivery.

Operate Equipment Safely

Operate electric palette jacks and other equipment with precision, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

Warehouse and furniture manufacturing company setting.

Physical Demands

Ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and maintain attention to detail.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Familiarity with dollies, hand trucks, and pallet lifters.

Security and Safety

Ability to pass a criminal record check.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation is available.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Weight Handling
