We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thos. R. Birnie & Sons. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude, providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
* Make follow-up calls after recent service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
* Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual services, promoting our services and building strong relationships
* Prioritize and coordinate service schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
