Your Profile

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet groups, inform them about internal and external resort activities, and present additional services.
  • Develop the schedule and specifics of services based on client preferences.
  • Host key decision-makers during site visits and prepare comprehensive reports for sales teams.
  • Prepare necessary documentation: welcome speeches, signage for meeting areas, dining reservations, etc.
  • Ensure timely updates to any service changes (duration of stay, transportation modifications, etc.)
  • Oversee the seamless execution of operations and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Collaborate with other resort departments (kitchen, bar, restaurant, sports, events, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to Club Med's health and safety standards as well as the upkeep of resort facilities.

As a G.O Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will benefit from Club Med's extensive infrastructure and activities. You will receive accommodation and meals at the village, with visa processing and transportation provided by the company.
