Renewal Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Retention Specialist to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client retention in the personal lines insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Retention: Provide top-notch services to clients, leveraging your expertise in personal lines insurance to address their needs and provide recommendations.
- Insurance Expertise: Utilize underwriting principles to assist clients with insurance requirements and ensure professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Be part of our diverse and talented team, working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Insurance Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with a strong understanding of underwriting criteria, claims handling, and client inquiries.
- Professional Qualifications: Insurance Broker Level 2 License is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-oriented approach.
