Position Overview

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of servers, storage solutions, and associated applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of server operating systems.
  • Administer and uphold the security protocols of operating systems in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support for the organization's information systems and related equipment, including servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
  • Implement recovery procedures, manage scheduling and backups, and monitor batch processes following established protocols.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications for the position are considered advantageous.
