Clinical Psychologist

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Powell River, BC. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to clients, including assessments, treatment, and education.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote client well-being and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Qualifications- Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
- Two years of recent experience in clinical psychology, including therapeutic, diagnostic, and consultation services.
- Current registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia or registration within two years of employment.
- Valid Class V driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle with business insurance coverage when required.
