We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Clerk to join our team at I.M.I Financial Group Corp. As a Mortgage Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage processing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments
  • Prepare and process real estate rentals, sales, and listings data
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data with precision and efficiency
  • Process loan and mortgage applications with attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Sort, verify, and process financial transactions with accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date financial information and securities listings
  • Calculate annuity payments with precision
  • Notify customers of account discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
