Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage the bar's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal profitability.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Revenue Monitoring

Monitor revenues to determine labor costs, ensuring efficient staffing and resource allocation.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are rotated regularly to minimize waste.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Marketing and Events

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and manage events to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
