The Opportunity:
In collaboration with Walmart Canada, OSL is expanding its operations across 350 wireless kiosk locations nationwide. We are in search of a results-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee a kiosk and cultivate a team of skilled professionals dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Your Role:
As a Wireless Manager, you play a pivotal role in our success. You will be an inspiring leader, driving your stores to achieve impressive sales and exceptional service. You will have the opportunity to build your own sales team while managing daily operations and optimizing profitability. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will ensure that your locations operate smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve coaching and motivating your team, demonstrating a passion for sales, and being a knowledgeable resource for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in wireless or electronics
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and service excellence through field teams
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting sales, and understanding retail metrics
- Background in recruitment, coaching, and familiarity with Canadian employment standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for a communications-focused role
- Excellent customer service instincts: proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods
