About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail stores are visually appealing and stocked with the right products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management
    • Arrange products according to our visual merchandising planograms to create an attractive store environment.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
    • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and displayed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize our computer systems to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze customer data.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations in the retail industry.
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a thorough background check to ensure the security and safety of our clients and employees.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own and maintain a reliable vehicle for travel to and from our retail outlets.
    • Be willing to travel to various locations, including urban areas, to support our business operations.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive safely and efficiently.
