Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Estimation and Budgeting: Accurately estimate costs for projects and maintain budgets to ensure profitability.
- Lawn and Garden Maintenance: Water, tend to, and maintain lawns and gardens, including the application of fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
- Treatment and Repair: Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions to maintain the health and appearance of lawns and gardens.
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess the health of lawns and examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases.
- Planting and Maintenance: Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other uses, and plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
- Tree Planting and Moving: Plant and move trees as required.
- Work Site Environment: Work outdoors in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
- Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
