Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance department and staff, developing and implementing quality and reliability testing processes for our products and development processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality and reliability testing processes to ensure products meet required specifications
- Identify and set quality standards and parameters for products
- Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team and other staff
- Identify and analyze defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions and outputs
- Collaborate with project management and development staff to ensure quality and reliability
- Translate functional and technical requirements into test strategy, test plan, and test cases
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or related field
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in software testing
- 5+ years' experience in software testing, preferably with consumer-facing websites and interactive style guides
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing, Email Marketing Platform, Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Testing, HTML, and SQL
- Experience in functionally testing emails, websites, and mobile applications using various tools and devices
