Position Overview

As a Fuel Station Operations Manager at 2655141 Ontario inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of employees, including apprentices and volunteers, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payment transactions and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, placing orders for merchandise as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance customer experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and staffing matters.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or non-university certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset.
