Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Authorize Payments and Manage Cash: Verify and authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Order and Manage Inventory: Coordinate the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Prepare Sales Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Work Schedules and Staffing: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
- Conduct Performance Reviews and Provide Feedback: Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
- Language: English.
Our gas station is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment.

- Reliability: Demonstrate dependability and a strong work ethic, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
