About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 2655141 Ontario inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Authorize Payments and Manage Cash: Verify and authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Order and Manage Inventory: Coordinate the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Prepare Sales Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our gas station is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment.
