As a Sr Dealer Solutions Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for OPENLANE's dealer clients in the GTA West region. You will serve as an expert on our products and services, building strong relationships and driving customer success.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing existing accounts, nurturing growth, and providing exceptional support to ensure dealers maximize the value of OPENLANE's platform.
Responsibilities:- Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
- Travel to dealerships to provide personalized assistance with the OPENLANE application, including account setup, phone provisioning, user training, and ongoing support.
- Capture detailed information about wholesale vehicles for auctions on TradeRev, including photographs, videos, and relevant data.
- Launch new vehicle listings on the OPENLANE app for our dealers, ensuring accurate and compelling presentations.
- Promote the adoption of OPENLANE among franchise automotive dealerships and wholesale buyers.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to clients, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
