About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Amico Patient Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of inventory coordinators to ensure that inventory management tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance inventory management and supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
