Key Responsibilities- Inventory Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of inventory coordinators to ensure that inventory management tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
