Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Care and Fun Childcare limited. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their needs.
  • Lead activities, tell stories, and engage children in creative play to promote their growth and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to licensing regulations and ensuring the well-being of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
