Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to work with our team of professionals to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the goals and objectives of the childcare centre.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
