Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Director of Business Development's team, the Account Manager will leverage their expertise to:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand their customer portfolio.
  • Assess customer needs and resources, recommending suitable products.
  • Maintain communication with clients post-sale to address issues and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Deliver personalized training sessions to clients.
  • Establish sales conditions and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct annual business reviews with key clients.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A college diploma in administration, marketing, chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • A university degree is considered an asset.
  • A valid vehicle is required.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Persuasive and influential communication skills.
