Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Eastern Ontario team, based out of Ottawa, Ontario. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee project delivery teams to ensure successful project development and delivery, meeting client and company needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading project management mandates of varying size and scope
  • Experience in successful pursuits of new business and mentoring new employees
  • A technical university degree or diploma in the construction industry field, along with credentials in business administration
  • Professional industry credentials such as PMP, or similar industry-recognized designation
  • Knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, contract law, and relevant legislation
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Broad written and verbal communication skill set
  • Effective client, stakeholder, and people management skills
