Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project communication plans, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that lessons learned are captured and implemented for future projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities
