Job Title: Welder

At FAIR PRICE TRUCK REPAIR CENTER LTD., we are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using welding techniques.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail is essential.

Weight Handling:

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
