About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 4338430 Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain accurate records to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, respond to customer complaints in a professional manner, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Language: Be fluent in English.
  • Hours: Work 35 to 40 hours per week.
