The Role

We are seeking experienced managers to enhance our expanding team, with openings in both tax and assurance sectors. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned CPA eager to advance their career within a thriving public accounting environment. The position can be tailored to suit your preference for remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangements.

Your Profile

  • You possess over 2 years of post-CPA experience in a public accounting setting, with expertise in compilation, review, audit, and/or tax engagements
  • You are proficient in Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office, and have a keen interest in adopting new technologies
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to plan and oversee client engagements, ensuring the completion of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns
  • You excel at cultivating and managing significant relationships with both internal and external clients
  • You have an unwavering curiosity to deepen your knowledge and apply your expertise to identify challenges and propose effective solutions for clients and colleagues alike
  • You are enthusiastic about mentoring junior team members and collaborating with innovative accountants
  • You are committed to enhancing the skills of your colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing, and providing challenging assignments
  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple deadlines and projects efficiently

The Opportunity

Position Details

This is a permanent full-time role that can be structured as fully remote, hybrid, or based in one of our offices. Overtime compensation is available during peak periods.
