Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within retail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize and process payments.
  • Manage inventory and order new merchandise as needed.
  • Facilitate the return of merchandise when necessary.
  • Engage with customers to sell products and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, product placement, and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Handle cash management duties.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
  • Oversee both office and volunteer personnel.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
