Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews for assigned customers, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, utilizing financial planning skills to create customized financial strategies and solutions.
  • Be results-driven by taking a proactive approach to discovering customers' needs, listening to understand what they are looking for, and providing expert advice to meet their financial goals.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach when dealing with peers, customers, and partners, and build relationships to provide a great client experience and grow long-standing relationships with existing customers.
  • Market Scotiabank's products and services to customers, leveraging your sales management experience and ability to cultivate strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
  • A minimum three years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French, as you will serve English-speaking clientele.
