Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Culinary Specialist to become part of our dynamic team at Queen of Harts Bar & Grill. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in the culinary field and a strong enthusiasm for crafting exquisite meals in a bustling kitchen atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and cook menu offerings in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  2. Assist in meal preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and creating sauces.
  3. Adhere to food safety regulations consistently.
  4. Work collaboratively with kitchen personnel to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  5. Support inventory management and ensure proper stock rotation.
  6. Maintain high standards for food presentation and quality.

Required Skills

  1. Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
  2. Understanding of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
  3. Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  4. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
  5. Willingness to work various shifts as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
