About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Queen Of Hart's Bar and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Buffet and Banquet Organization: Organize and execute buffets and banquets, ensuring that all events are well-planned and executed.
