Job Title: Accreditation Officer - Health and Social Services Institution

We are seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Officer to join our team at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia. As an Accreditation Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of healthcare services in our province.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare programs to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to gather information and insights
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare institutions and organizations to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, public health)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare accreditation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
