Job Title: Director of Consumer Marketing

Rovio, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Consumer Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term success of our key games portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive long-term consumer marketing strategies aligned with each game's ambitious growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with game studios' marketing leaders and cross-functional growth teams to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with product goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the charge in developing creative and innovative marketing campaigns that effectively captivate high-value audiences and drive engagement and revenue growth across our games.
  • Oversee the development of multi-quarter and annual marketing plans, outlining key initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and inspiration to our marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consumer marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing long-term marketing plans that have resulted in significant customer growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and trends, with proficiency in performance marketing, branding, community, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Highly creative and innovative strategic thinking, with the ability to take bold bets based on deep customer insight.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
