**About the Role**

EllisDon is seeking a skilled Trades Payable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing trades payable invoices and employee expense reports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform a variety of accounting clerical tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Provide day-to-day support to internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and project managers.
  • Prepare and manage trade payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Reconcile accounts with vendors and project managers, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by your supervisor.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of two to three years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or trade-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, coworkers, and the general public.
