About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Application Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis for our business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and analysis for business applications, including data administration and quality control.
  • Analyze business systems and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze results, and prepare reports of findings.
  • Participate in acceptance testing of system enhancements and contribute to the planning, research, development, and implementation of system enhancements and new systems releases.
  • Support cross-jurisdictional work to understand and facilitate the transfer of data between jurisdictions.
  • Provide internal and external support services to end-users of the business applications network.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field, such as Public Administration, Arts, Business, or any other related field.
  • At least two years of related experience in business systems analysis and development.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of registry systems/databases and their interfaces.
  • Extensive experience managing competing projects and priorities within tight timelines.
  • Effective facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
