We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Modeler to join our team in Vancouver, Canada.

Job Summary:

The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating and building computer-generated 3D models for assigned story elements and designs. This includes preparing and building models for characters and stand-ins for layout, developing prop elements for effects, and creating environmental sets and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates and builds 3D models using software such as Maya and Mudbox
  • Develops prop elements for effects and creates environmental sets and structures
  • Prepares and builds models for characters and stand-ins for layout
  • Writes, maintains, and runs Makefiles, scripts, and model databases
  • Meets productivity and quota targets
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of applicable software packages, including Maya, Mudbox, and scripting ability in relevant languages
  • 2-year diploma or 1-year certificate in a related field, or 2-3 years of relevant experience
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $26.44 to $36.32/hr for an Associate position and $32.02 to $43.99/hr for an Intermediate position. Benefits include healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, and standard increases as applicable.
