Tactical Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at the Courthouse in Waterloo. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and property.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the premises to detect and prevent potential security threats
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms
- Conduct metal detector checks and inspect bags
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Valid security guard license and first aid certification
- Clear police record and background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
