About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Rehabilitation Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our established Home Health and Community Care Rehabilitation Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with physical disabilities in their homes and community sites, assisting with activities of daily living and implementing group and individual programs.
  • Work at the top of your scope, engaging clients with regular therapeutic interventions and having a significant impact on their rehabilitation journey.
  • Be an integral member of the rehabilitation team, relied upon to be the eyes and ears of the team.

Casual Employment Opportunities
