Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' healthcare and university campus sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to alarms, emergency requests, and incidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor site visitors, perform ID checks, and prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules and regulations.
  • Respond to site emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and other urgent matters.
  • Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team.
  • Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain one prior to getting hired.
  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Have prior experience working in Security or Customer Service.

All our Officers are required to carry a valid Nova Scotia Security License. We also provide Basic Security Training.
